Our new year stay was delightful. the hotel was located in a tranquil area surrounded by beautiful scenery, making it a perfect getaway spot. the rooms were kept clean and well maintained. We loved the friendly and attentiveness of both the cleaning and receptionist staff. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi, which was a significant plus. the room amenities were top-notch, and we even had a bathtub, adding to our comfort and relaxation.
The hotel was the only facility available in the area for meal options, and the restaurant had many drawbacks. We were disappointed with the poor quality of service by the restaurant staff.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel in the heart of Thohoyandou! The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room I stayed in was not only spacious, but it was also beautifully decorated, providing a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. The service here was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I particularly loved the rooftop restaurant, offering stunning views of the surrounding area. The food served there was absolutely delicious, leaving me satisfied and wanting more. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, ensuring a hygienic and pleasant environment for all guests. I had a fantastic experience here and I would definitely visit again in the future.

The staff were very friendly and loyal. They called us to notify us of forgotten items. The hotel property was beautiful and well-kept, with clean and comfortable rooms.
The hotel lacked basic facilities and the restaurant had poorly trained staff. It took over an hour and twenty minutes to receive our meals, with poorly cut and undercooked steaks.

The hotel is situated in a vibrant area with a wide range of restaurants surrounding it, which is great for exploring. the rooms are tidy and the beds are extremely comfortable, providing a peaceful sleep. the service is fantastic with friendly staff that anticipate guests' needs. Breakfast is fresh with a variety of options to choose from. the rooftop restaurant proves to be exceptional with breathtaking views of the area.
There were some small issues with the air conditioning that caused a slight inconvenience.

I had a lovely stay in the heart of this city. The hotel facilities were great and the rooftop restaurant had stunning views. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Despite the hotel being in an unexpected area, transportation was easily accessible and parking was available. Additionally, the breakfast packages prepared for my early checkout were well-thought-out and enjoyable.
Not one thing was negative about my stay in this city.
